I've bought a number of things at the local Brick. They've always given me good service.

Really disgusted at this store - was warned not to go there but needed to buy a stove for a non-profit youth service, asap, and thought it would be okay. After being generally unhelpful with sale prices, floor models and a couple of other queries I had, they absolutely did NOT mention that there would be a $100 delivery fee on top of the purchase price, taxes, etc. I made it quite clear that the stove would need to be delivered but at no time was this fee mentioned. That's just plain dishonest. They were completely unapologetic when this was mentioned. This is for a community organisation serving young people - would it really be that hard for them to waive or at least discount a fee to drop an appliance off a few kms up the road?
