    TERRIBLE customer service, SLOW and INCOMPETENT. I have been in three times trying to change the withdrawal dates for insurance and they STILL have not fixed it, and is now costing me money. I was told to come back to finish some paperwork after things were sorted with my BC care care, only to wait 45 minutes to be told I, in fact, did not have to come back. the worker I worked with cheerfully said "oh! i didn't know that!!" yeah, well your lack of understanding at your job is costing me money and time. Go to first insurance and dont waste your time with these idiots.

    They charged us for 2 drivers tests before realizing that they'd forgotten to test for vision and then said we needed glasses but refused to refund for the failed tests that they shouldn't have allowed us to take. This is negligence and unsafe.
